Training
Training is a very important part of any software implementation. Improperly trained people may use programs improperly, resulting in time loss or entry of wrong information.
We try to develop programs which are intuitive and easy to use, however initial and follow up training insures the success of an implementation.
We can either train the trainer, or train the staff.
Training plans will be developed for each customer. Some training will be done in person, on site, while other parts may be done on line. Our staff is experienced, both in our software and in apparel.
